Soon I'm starting a new ebay/tradera wardrobe sale!

The last one went fast. And once again, after moving, I've found things that should be passed on to owners who has time to use them!

Among the pieces will be a valuable gown in satin designed by Xue Mei Rhodin, tons of sunglasses, atleast 10 of them, Skullcandy headphones (pink edition), an authentic 40's vintage kimono, a new Sony Ericsson cellphone I don't use, A retro Xbox with about 15 games, and maybe some shoes.

What you don't want to miss is that I will sell out my pearl and fabric stock too! My sellthrough has been greate for my brand, Xue Mei Rhodin, but I'm moving on to be a handbag- and briefcase designer as most of you know, hence, I will sell my stock of pearls, satin ribbon, various fabrics, some necklaces and probably a one-of-a-kind clutchbag.

It been about over a month since I last wrote something! Crazy. Or maybe not. Because during that time I have:

Started on a new educational program: International Buyer

Started on the entrepenurial course at PricewaterhouseCooper and found a "fashionmaffia" which I meet up with once a week to talk fashionbusiness.

Found an excellent supplyer for my new brand

Relaunched a huge fashionsite, www.fashionway.se, where I've hired new staff, managed a new site, started 3 new blogs and somehow, had time to drink tons of coffee. (I'm both the Editor-in-chief and projectmanager for Fashionway)

Had total sellthrough on my cocktaildresses and obi-belts at House of Eco (Ekovaruhuset) in Stockholm. They sold so fast they called me within a month, desperately wanting more of them! (it felt kind of crazy but fun.)

I've also:

Cleaned out two apartments and moved two times (two apartments)

Got a new iPhone 3GS

Bought new cocktaildresses

Watch three seasons of Smallville (why?!)

Started Couple-Workout with my James Dean as I don't have time to go to the gym anymore. (workouts based on a couple working out together, using each other as personal trainers basically.)

Said goodbye to three friends moving abroad.

Today I've started out with a meeting downtown for a possible project. Now I'm sitting at our studiospace, making lists for different projects while waiting for my assistant to come in with some materials (and soyamilk for the wonderful iced coffees I usually make for us!) and check the latest trimming and modifications on the sample garments.

Later I will go to look at some really cool prints for the autumn collections organic fashion t-shirts. You're gonna love them! they'll look fantastic to jeans and a blazer or a pencilskirt!

Here are some patternsamples on how to make a pattern using different patternmaking techniques. using a asymetrical figure for the pattern is easier, as you have a "startingpoint" for the figure. These are mine for an assignment in my CAD(computer aided design)-course. Doing patterns like these by hand is also possible. you can also use this technique to make beautiful art or fashionillustrations.

Got an email yesterday. My pink satin-entwined cocktailbracelet sold out at Candybag. It's one ot the stores that stocks my pre-collection dresses, belts and parts of my pre-collection of jewelry.

This is what caught the fashionistas eye. More is being delivered to Candybag tomorrow.

Today is a sales day. Which means I do storechecking. I go around town to stores that interest me and see if they have the right image and concept for my brand. I'm only half through and I have yet SoFo to cover. But it's been a fun day. I love doing this, getting feedback on my work, meeting all the interesting storeowners and see all the new interiordesign in the boutiques.

My assistant called. She'd been shopping at Nordiska Kompaniet (Stockholms largest luxury departmentstore) and the sales girls had all gone lyrical over my cocktailbracelet "New Years Kiss" from my A/W collection last season that my assistant had been wearing. Very flattering as these girls are a really tuff crowd. A nice call to get in the afternoon.

These week have been hectic but this one beats all. Been at the studio working with my assistant for morning until late evening (for me that's around 9-11 pm). Sewing, ordering new fabrics, delegating tasks and answering the phone at the same time. But we've had a lot of fun!

This collection is all Made in Sweden and all in eco-fabrics.
